Advice for parents

During these difficult times it can be hard to know when to seek help.

Please if you are worried about your child do not hesitate to engage with the appropriate NHS services.

Care planning

In these unprecedented times it is important that should the time come, whereby difficult decisions need to be made, that your family and friends know what your wishes would be. It is not something any of us want to think about but we have gathered some important information for you to read if you could spare a moment.

If there is anything you wish to discuss or if you want to put something in place, please contact the practice on 0121 746 5000. Normally we would see you face-to-face to discuss this sensitive matter but for the foreseeable future we will talk you through the process over the telephone.

If you need to call on behalf of a relative we would need to see some evidence of authority from them such as a power of attorney or a written signed statement.

We sincerely wish everyone the best of health over the coming weeks.

Please stay home, protect the NHS & save lives!
